How to shop online

Browse by category, visit our new section, or use the search feature found at the top right of every page. Once you have found an item you like, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. You can access your shopping cart at the top right of every page. When you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, you can proceed to check out by clicking "Checkout Now."

Online payment

Your details are send by a safe and secure connection. As soon as we have received your payment, we will send you the ordered goods.

Your order number and client number can be found on the order confirmation or (proforma) invoice you have received from us. 

How can I pay for my order?

You can only pay for orders using IDEAL or Paypal.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Whenever you place an order on our website, your credit card (or other payment) information is protected .

What is iDEAL?

iDEAL allows consumers to make online purchases in a swift and secure way directly in the familiar online banking environment of their own bank

Where and how can I update my personal information?

You can also update your details while placing an order.

I placed an order, but I’d like to cancel it. How do I do that?

Orders can only be cancelled within one day. To cancel an order, you need to send an e-mail to info@room4roomhome.com

You will need to state the order number and your name and address in order to cancel the order.

Returns

Return policy

I would like to return a product. How do I do that?

To return a product, you need to send an e-mail to info@room4roomhome.com

You will need to state the order number and your name and address in order to return the product. Products can only be returned if the product is no longer functional. The reason for the loss of function must also be stated. You have eight days to return a product that does not fulfill your expectations.

Within a few days, you will receive an e-mail with a return slip; send the return slip and the product in its original packaging back.

By POST

A return receipt is sent to you by e-mail: See return instructions in e-mail

Just deposit the parcel at the post office of your choice or follow the instructions by e-mail

Post cost are payable by you ,  unless the article delivered does not conform or is faulty.

Transport Delivery

You are contacted to arrange an appointment to collect your article

The product is returned in its original condition and packaged by you.

If applicable, a product delivered dismantled must be dismantled again by you.

At Room 4 Room , we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Our attention to detail in design, material and construction is unyielding. And so is our commitment to customer satisfaction.


*Returning Merchandise;
Please note that proof of purchase is required for a refund. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping and re-stocking fees may apply. 
When returning an item, please complete the information and send it to: info@room4roomhome.com
Pack your return securely and be sure to ship it via Dachser or UPS. Retain your shipping receipt for your records.
*Stocked Furniture;
We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment, and also require your inspection and signature upon delivery. Should you discover a defect in your furniture, however, please contact us at info@room4roomhome.com immediately. Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be refunded in merchandise. We accept returns for Non-Furniture Items within 14 days, with proof of purchase.
*Custom Orders;
Custom orders are custom-made upon order and are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages. Customers will have 24 hours from placement of custom orders to cancel. After 24 hours, a 50% deposit will be retained by Room 4 Room and cannot be refunded.
*Monogrammed/Personalized Items;
These items are considered custom order items and are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
* All paint order items are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
*Final Sale & Clearance Items;
Clearance items, as well as any items purchased at Room 4 Room SALE/ Outlet Store, are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned. 
*How long does my refund take?
Refunds by payment bank transfer: 14 days
Refunds generally appear on you credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.



*Attention:
There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

What should I do if a product is damaged when it arrives?

To report a damaged product, send an e-mail with a photo of the damaged product (max. 1 MB), your order number and your name and address to info@room4room.nl

You will receive a response with further instructions within a few working days. It goes without saying that we will ensure a satisfactory resolution of your complaint.
